Almost everything we do in a day is preprogrammed. Your mind is a connection making machine. Throughout your life you have built up a arsenal of cues and corresponding thought/action processes. Some of these are positive. Others: not so.
The more negative seeming connections are often built on irrational or outdated ideas. It's my job to help you uncover the faulty information at the root of your limitation, and to empower you to update it.
